EMCG was at the onset of the Russian marketing communications market.
We formed in 1992, and in 1995 EMCG had already appeared in its current form Placing on the Russian market the agency TBWA became our first great group project. Dynamic development, client growth and service differentiation let us, during the following years, to laud new brands: Tequila, Mediaplan and Tango, those are part of the global communication group Omniom, forming a unique offer for complex client service in all communication directions; from traditional advertising to specialized solutions in media, design and digital environment. After 10 years of dynamic growth and successful work, these companies were sold out.
Since 2008, EMCG, represented by GN, has been introducing the interests of network Interpartners with its unique way of creating transnational solutions at Marketing Communication area.
In 2011, EMCG started introducing interests of the group of agencies M&C Saatchi London, and applying their unique method of solving marketing tasks - «Brutal Simplicity of Thought» thereby the agency GL, created in 1998, in 2015 was reorganized into M&C Saatchi Interactive modern innovative BTL agency adopting the approach “live marketing” – the ability to respond quickly to changes in an environment & marketing services.
In 2017, M&C Saatchi London took equity stakes from Russian shareholders M&C Saatchi Russia. Services provided by M&C Saatchi were reallocated between other group agencies.
EMCG is a management company of Holding. Its main task is the management of the resources of a group of companies, the creation of multi-disciplinary teams, organizing complicated projects with involving resources strategic partners. The management company also assumes the main administrative burden – central planning, budgeting, tax and legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, internal audit, HR, IT, bank knowledge and best practice, staff training, etc. EMCG is an entry point for clients with difficult projects which require multi-disciplinary project-management.
